RETURNS

  • We only offer store credit for returns.

    • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free

    • If applicable, all original tags must be attached 

    • Heyluckyduck reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

    • Store credit is sent as a gift card via email. It will be sent to the email address we have in our system.
  • All returns must be made within 14 DAYS of the order being delivered.

    • Heyluckyduck does NOT provide return labels or reimburse shipping costs. If a return arrives with postage due, it will be refused and returned to the sender.

    • Please do your best to have the return delivered back to heyluckyduck by DAY 14. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment.

    • Returns that exceed this limit will NOT be accepted. 

  • Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed. 


The following items are considered FINAL SALE ALWAYS:

  • All purses, bags, and bag charms

  • All jewelry, including earrings

  • All hair accessories 

  • All trucker hats

  • Preorder/ Limited Edition items


SALE ITEMS: Any item purchased at a discount of 25% OFF OR MORE is automatically final sale. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this deep discount. Shop responsibly, there are NO exceptions!

EXCHANGES: We have two options if an exchange is needed: You can return the original item and wait to receive your store credit then place a new order OR you can place a new order now, then include a note with the new order number in your return package -- when we receive the return and verify a new order was placed, we will refund to your original payment method.



DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email heyluckyduckco@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number & attach photos of the damage. We do not damage claim after 2 days of delivery. 



INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you are missing an item or receive the wrong item, please let us know by emailing heyluckyduckco@gmail.com (include your order number in your message). All reports must be made within two days of delivery. 


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to your order total prior to submitting the order. We cannot adjust and/or change anything after the purchase is complete!


HOLIDAY STYLES: Holiday styles cannot be returned within less than 7 days prior to the holiday. No returns will be accepted.
